The BC Vegetable Marketing Commission is vested with the power to promote, control and regulate in any respect the production, transportation, packing, storage and marketing of Regulated Product grown in British Columbia.

The regulated marketing of certain vegetables provides for their orderly marketing and licensing of Producers, Designated Agencies, Wholesalers, and Processors engaged in the transportation, packing, storage and marketing of Regulated Products for sale within British Columbia and in interprovincial and export trade.
